6. No Legal Advice & No Guarantee of Success
The Content is provided for general educational purposes. It is not legal or immigration advice and should not be relied upon as such. While we strive for accuracy, we make no warranty that the Content is complete, up-to-date, or error-free, nor do we guarantee any specific exam outcome.
7. Advertising & Third-Party Services
- Ads. The Site displays advertisements from time to time. Advertisers are solely responsible for their ads and any goods or services they promote.
- Memberstack & Analytics. We integrate with Memberstack (for account management) and analytics providers to understand Site usage. Your interaction with any third-party service is governed by that third party’s terms and privacy policy. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party content, products, or services.
8. Paid Accounts & Fees
If you purchase a paid subscription:
- Billing. Fees are charged in advance and are non-refundable except as required by law.

10. Disclaimers of Warranties
THE SITE AND CONTENT ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.
11. Limitation of Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL SKWERELLE LLC OR ITS MEMBERS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF (OR INABILITY TO USE) THE SITE OR CONTENT, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR DIRECT DAMAGES WILL NOT EXCEED USD $100.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions or limits; in such cases, the above applies to the maximum extent permitted.
12. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless SKWERELLE LLC and its members, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of your use of the Site, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any intellectual-property or other right.
13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
- Governing Law. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
- Informal Resolution. Before filing a claim, you agree to contact us at info@civicsquestions.com to attempt an informal resolution.
- Arbitration. If we cannot resolve the dispute informally within 30 days, either party may elect to resolve any claim (except those eligible for small-claims court) by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules. The arbitration will take place in Denver, Colorado (or via video at the arbitrator’s discretion).
- Small Claims. Either party may bring qualifying claims in small-claims court in Denver County or the county where you live.
- Class-Action Waiver. Disputes must be brought on an individual basis; class or representative actions are not permitted.
